Not a silky silk.
So this is grosgrain. Feels like this tie was made from somebody’s corduroy pants. I didn’t return it, but getting this thing on is real chore. I don’t look like Hugh Grant, and my use of this thing will be one more reason why not.
Poor customer service
I’ve sent several emails requesting to return an item and never received a response. Very disappointing
Defective Product
The white inner lining is protruding from the black bow tie. I’ve tried to contact the company using the chat function and email to support. The chat function is inoperable and no response to my emails. I would appreciate a response before attending the event for which I purchase the tie.
